Management Structure


CAPPADOCIA management structure

As illustrated in the image above, the management structure of CAPPADOCIA will be based on the following management components:

  • The «CSA General Assembly», composed of one representative of each CAPPADOCIA Partner, will ensure an overall follow-up and monitoring of the four CSAs as the ultimate decision-making body of the Consortium
  • The Project Coordinator (PC), i.e. Efficient Innovation, will have the overall responsibility for the management of the project and for reporting activities and liaison with the European Commission. The Coordinator will remain the legal entity acting as the intermediary between the Partners and the European Commission
  • The Project Strategic Recommendations Committee (PSRC), composed of all the
    CAPPADOCIA Work Package Leaders, i.e. Efficient Innovation, ECD, AIRBUS Operations SAS, EASN-TIS and NLR, will contribute to the elaboration of the yearly strategic recommendations report in relation with the Advisory Boards and will report to and be accountable to the General Assembly

Each Work Package Leader (WPL) is in charge of its work package progress and reports periodically to the Project Coordinator. Each partner involved in the various WPs is in charge of the production of a detail list of deliverables. Work Package Leaders will appoint their respective Task Leaders prior to the launch of their work package. Each entitled Task Leader will be responsible in collaboration with the WPL of its associated task deliverables.

CAPPADOCIA will also associate 5 Advisory Boards:

  • The «CSA General Assembly», composed of one representative of each CAPPADOCIA Partner, will ensure an overall follow-up and monitoring of the four CSAs as the ultimate decision-making body of the Consortium
  • Design Systems and tools
  • Production
  • Avionics
  • Other cost efficiency related areas
  • Other CSAs-funded
